Armando Niedermeier-Rubio’s daughter Hannah is hospitalized in Phoenix with bleeding in the middle of her brain, according to details shared by his husband, Kenny Niedermeier, with TMZ.

Kenny told TMZ that doctors are running a series of tests as they try to determine what caused the brain bleed. He said the bleeding does not appear to be active, which he described to TMZ as a positive sign that the condition is not worsening.

The medical scare has unfolded while Armando, known to TLC viewers from “90 Day Fiancé: The Other Way,” remains in Mexico. TMZ previously reported that he was denied entry into the United States despite Hannah being in intensive care.

Kenny told TMZ that Armando has a letter from a local hospital asking border officers to allow him into the U.S., but said Armando remains unable to cross from Mexico while his daughter is being treated in Arizona.

Armando has also been giving updates about Hannah on social media. According to TMZ, he said doctors may use “a more invasive procedure” if the current round of testing does not provide answers.

The family has set up a GoFundMe page for people who want to help with Hannah’s emergency medical costs, according to TMZ.

A family known to TLC viewers

Armando and Kenny became familiar faces to “90 Day Fiancé” fans through their relationship on TLC’s “90 Day Fiancé: The Other Way.” The couple married in 2021, and their ceremony aired during the Season 3 finale of the show, according to TMZ.

TMZ reported that the couple is still in the process of seeking a marriage visa for Armando.

The latest update leaves the family dealing with two crises at once: Hannah’s hospitalization in Phoenix and Armando’s continued inability to be at her bedside in the United States. Kenny is with Hannah, according to TMZ, while Armando continues sharing updates from Mexico as doctors search for the cause of the bleed.
