Blake Robertson, a season 4 contestant on Netflix’s The Ultimatum, was arrested in Texas in October 2025 after an alleged assault involving his girlfriend and castmate Hayley Hendrich, TMZ reported.
According to TMZ, the arrest happened at a business in Nacogdoches, Texas, after filming on the Netflix reality series had already ended. The outlet reported Robertson was accused of putting his hands on Hendrich.
Robertson’s attorney, Sean Hightower, told TMZ the case did not move forward. “Blake's case was rightfully dismissed by the prosecutor almost immediately, and all records were expunged,” Hightower said, according to the outlet.
Hendrich also confirmed to TMZ that she declined to have charges pressed. She told the outlet she had private conversations with Robertson about the incident, while adding that she believes accountability also needs to happen publicly.
The arrest came after filming wrapped
Season 4 of The Ultimatum was filmed in spring 2025, TMZ reported, with the season arriving on Netflix on Wednesday. Robertson and Hendrich entered the show as a couple, with Robertson giving Hendrich the ultimatum.
On the series, Robertson said he believed marriage was the natural next step for them, according to TMZ’s account of the season. Hendrich was hesitant because she wanted more emotional vulnerability from him.
The show’s format then split the couples into trial marriages with other cast members. Robertson was paired with Ashley Wilson, while Hendrich was paired with Killian Grondin.
That trial marriage fell apart after Hendrich discovered Grondin and his friends had made crude remarks about her, TMZ reported. The fallout led to a confrontation involving Hendrich, Grondin, Wilson and Robertson.
Robertson and Hendrich ultimately left the season together, according to TMZ, though the outlet reported they did not appear much closer to getting married by the end of the season.
Social posts teased the season
Before the season dropped, Robertson promoted the show on Instagram with a post asking, “WHAT AM I GOING TO DO?” and telling followers to “STAY TUNED,” according to the embedded post cited by TMZ.
Hendrich also posted about the season on Instagram, writing, “I’ve had a year to process. Now it’s your turn,” according to TMZ.
Fans are expected to learn more about where Robertson and Hendrich stand during the season 4 reunion next week, TMZ reported.
