Bunnie XO is putting fresh square footage on display after the end of her marriage to Jelly Roll, giving fans a look at a roomy new home in an Instagram video posted Friday.

The “Dumb Blonde” podcast host brought comedian Matt Matthews along for the tour, according to TMZ, and his reaction became part of the show. The video, shared on Bunnie’s Instagram account, showed Matthews taking in the property room by room as Bunnie walked him through it.

One of the biggest stops on the tour was an oversized room set aside for her closet and makeup, TMZ reported. Matthews dropped onto a large bed during the visit and reacted out loud, saying, “Girl! This is nice!” He also called the place “f***ing stupid!” while looking around.

The tour then moved outside, where Matthews spotted an outdoor shower. In the video, he joked, “It’s a whole shower! Outside? I am so poor!”

Back inside, TMZ reported that Matthews saw another room lined with shelves and learned it was dedicated to shoes. He later cracked, “I’m not even happy for you!” as he took in the home’s features.

Bunnie kept her own caption short, using only a laughing emoji, according to TMZ. Fans responded in the comments with congratulations on the new place.

New home follows finalized divorce

The house tour landed days after TMZ reported that Bunnie XO and Jelly Roll had finalized their divorce. The outlet said the final settlement came nearly two months after Jelly Roll filed.

TMZ reported that the divorce agreement includes a one-time lump-sum payment to Bunnie. The former couple will also divide homes, vehicles, an aircraft and intellectual property, according to the outlet.

The agreement also contains a non-disparagement clause, TMZ reported, meaning Bunnie and Jelly Roll are barred from publicly speaking negatively about each other.

Bunnie and Jelly Roll have both been public figures beyond their marriage. Jelly Roll is a country and rap artist, while Bunnie hosts the “Dumb Blonde” podcast and maintains a large social media presence.

The Instagram home tour did not include any public comment from Bunnie about the settlement terms, according to TMZ. Instead, the video centered on the walk-through, the closet and makeup room, the shoe space, the outdoor shower and Matthews’ running reactions.

For now, Bunnie’s post offered a clear visual message: the next chapter comes with plenty of room, plenty of shelves and at least one outdoor shower.
