Donald Trump Jr. has paid former fiancée Kimberly Guilfoyle $7.6 million for her ownership interest in their Jupiter, Florida, home, according to a Palm Beach County deed reported by the Palm Beach Post. For readers searching the Donald Trump Jr. Kimberly Guilfoyle mansion story, the key detail is that the payment bought Guilfoyle out as co-owner, rather than buying the entire house.
The deed was recorded Aug. 3 and reflects a transaction dated July 25, the Palm Beach Post reported. The transfer put the property in Trump Jr.’s name.
The waterfront residence is in Admirals Cove, a gated Jupiter community along the Intracoastal Waterway. The Palm Beach Post and The Independent identify it as a six-bedroom home.
What did Donald Trump Jr. buy from Kimberly Guilfoyle?
He bought Guilfoyle’s share of the property they had owned together. A co-owner buyout transfers one person’s stake in a home to the other owner; it is different from a sale of the property to an outside buyer.
Trump Jr. and Guilfoyle purchased the house jointly in 2021 for $9.7 million, according to the Palm Beach Post. That earlier price covered the full property, while the newly recorded $7.6 million figure applies to Guilfoyle’s interest in it.
The reporting does not establish the home’s current sale value. The Independent said Palm Beach County had estimated its 2025 market value at $13.6 million, an assessment that is not the same as a sale price.
A property transfer after their engagement ended
Trump Jr. and Guilfoyle had been engaged but did not marry, according to TMZ and The Independent. TMZ reported that their engagement ended in 2024, before the July deed transfer.
Guilfoyle is now the U.S. ambassador to Greece, the Palm Beach Post reported. The deed therefore settles the reported co-ownership of the Jupiter house without establishing what Trump Jr. plans to do with the property next.
Some property specifications vary across published accounts. The New York Post described the home as 11,270 square feet, while The Independent reported 16,477 square feet. Neither figure is needed to confirm the deed-recorded buyout, and the available reporting does not resolve the discrepancy.
