Kanye West lawsuit settlement papers have been filed in Los Angeles, ending a legal fight brought by his former personal assistant Lauren Pisciotta, according to court documents obtained by TMZ.
Pisciotta’s lawyers told the court Tuesday that the two sides reached a settlement on July 23, TMZ reported. The filing described the agreement as unconditional and said a request to dismiss the case will be submitted within 45 days of that date.
The terms were not disclosed in the court filing, according to TMZ. TMZ said it contacted representatives for West and had not received a response.
What did Lauren Pisciotta allege against Kanye West?
Pisciotta sued West in 2024, alleging he fired her after sending her sexual messages and videos, TMZ reported. Her complaint included claims of sexual harassment and alleged sexual misconduct.
According to TMZ’s account of the lawsuit, Pisciotta alleged that one message from West described wanting sex and wanting a woman to talk about cheating while they were having sex. The lawsuit also alleged West masturbated and touched her vagina during a hotel stay, then fell asleep while speaking, TMZ reported.
Pisciotta further alleged that West drugged her during a studio session co-hosted by Sean “Diddy” Combs, according to TMZ. The report did not include a response from Combs regarding that allegation.
The settlement filing means the case is expected to be dismissed, provided the dismissal request is filed as stated in the court papers. The filing’s description of the agreement as unconditional indicates the parties told the court there were no remaining conditions blocking dismissal.
