Keith Collier supports LaTisha, saying he plans to remain by his wife’s side if she is required to serve prison time, according to an interview published by TMZ.

Keith, who appeared with LaTisha Collier on Love After Lockup, told TMZ that their relationship remains intact. He said LaTisha stood with him during his incarceration and that he intends to return that support.

The interview was published August 6. TMZ said it was conducted before LaTisha was reportedly released Thursday as a judge reviews her appeal.

Will Keith Collier stay with LaTisha?

Yes, according to Keith. TMZ reported that he said he is not leaving the relationship and would support LaTisha if she is ordered to serve time.

TMZ also reported that LaTisha received a 15-year prison sentence connected to allegations involving clients of her financial firm. The outlet said she had faced felony forgery and identity-theft charges, and that the identity-theft count was later dropped.

Those legal developments, including the reported sentence, appeal and release, have not been independently confirmed by court records or an official court statement in the available reporting. The outcome of the appeal is also not established.

What LaTisha said before the reported sentence

In a September 2025 clip posted by WE tv, LaTisha said she was fighting a theft charge tied to a dispute with a client over services that she said were or were not provided. She said at the time that she faced a possible 15-year term and worried about what incarceration could mean for her daughters, husband and family.

The clip reflected LaTisha’s account before TMZ’s later report and did not document a conviction, sentence or appeal ruling.

Keith’s own time behind bars formed part of the couple’s television story. KWQC reported in November 2025 that he had been released early that January from a 14-year sentence for distributing crack cocaine. That report is separate from LaTisha’s case and does not verify the legal claims TMZ reported about her.

For now, the clearest update is Keith’s: he says the couple is still together while LaTisha’s reported appeal is under review.
