Lorna Hajdini lawsuit adds threesome and drugging allegations
A JPMorgan banker alleges executive Lorna Hajdini pressured him for sex, sought a threesome and drugged him, according to a new lawsuit.

The Lorna Hajdini lawsuit saga now includes a JPMorgan Chase banker’s claim that his boss allegedly tried to pull another person into a sexual encounter while she was naked and drunk, according to TMZ, citing a court filing it obtained.
The banker filed another lawsuit Monday against Hajdini, a JPMorgan Chase executive, after previously accusing her of forcing him into sexual acts he described as non-consensual and humiliating, TMZ reported. The banker had asked in an earlier case to remain anonymous.
What does the Lorna Hajdini lawsuit allege?
The new filing alleges Hajdini assaulted the banker in September 2024 after threatening to damage his promotion prospects if he did not have sex with her, according to TMZ’s account of the complaint.
After he allegedly gave in to the demand, the banker says he and Hajdini went to a family member’s apartment in Manhattan. A witness staying there was awakened because Hajdini was allegedly intoxicated and speaking loudly, the lawsuit says.
The filing claims Hajdini then came into the living room naked, sat on the couch, lit a cigarette and repeatedly urged the witness to join them. The witness says he refused more than once.
According to the complaint, Hajdini allegedly told the witness she “owned” John Doe, referring to the banker, and then went back to the bedroom. The witness claims he later heard the banker through a closed door telling Hajdini to stop and leave, and saying he did not want to continue.
After Hajdini allegedly left the apartment, the witness described the banker as shaken and in shock, according to the lawsuit.
What are the drugging and discrimination claims?
The banker also alleges Hajdini put a performance-enhancing substance into his drink when he was unable to sexually perform. He claims he was unaware of it at the time, but says Hajdini later admitted she had given him “a little something,” according to the filing cited by TMZ.
The complaint also accuses several JPMorgan executives, including Hajdini, of using racist language toward the banker. The filing cites alleged slurs including “monkey,” “brown boy” and “Brownie,” TMZ reported.
Who else is named in the lawsuit?
Along with Hajdini, the banker named JPMorgan, Managing Director Brandon Graffeo, Managing Director Jon Wolter and associate Kelly Crowe as defendants.
The lawsuit brings sexual assault and battery claims against Hajdini specifically, along with claims including race and ancestry discrimination, hostile work environment, sex discrimination, sexual harassment and several retaliation counts, according to TMZ.
The banker is seeking an unspecified amount of damages, unpaid wages, attorneys’ fees and other relief.
TMZ did not report a response from Hajdini, JPMorgan or the other named defendants to the new lawsuit. The claims are allegations in civil litigation.
