Orlando Bloom is putting a serious slice of Malibu on the market, with real estate sources telling TMZ the actor’s beachfront home was listed Friday for $10 million.

The gated property sits in Western Malibu, just above the sand, and comes with direct access to the beach, according to the listing details reported by TMZ. The home has four bedrooms, five bathrooms and about 4,181 square feet of interior space.

Bloom bought the place in 2011 with his then-wife, Miranda Kerr, for about $2.5 million, according to TMZ. The new asking price puts the oceanfront retreat at four times that purchase figure.

A mid-century Malibu setup

The house is described as a mid-century residence that was restored and reworked by artist and furniture designer Roy McMakin. According to TMZ, McMakin kept the home’s original post-and-beam structure while adding custom cabinetry, built-ins, millwork and other bespoke design details throughout the property.

Inside, the floor plan includes two primary suites, a large kitchen and family room, a media room, a library and a den. There is also a motorcycle gallery, according to the property details reported by TMZ.

Beach access, pool and plenty of parking

Outside, the home leans hard into Malibu living. TMZ reports the property includes a glass-and-timber gym, a barrel sauna, an outdoor soaking tub, a pool, several patios and covered terraces with views across the Pacific.

The estate also has a five-car garage, plus space for four more vehicles. Mature hedges add privacy, and the property includes advanced security features, according to TMZ’s report on the listing.

The listing is held by Carl Gambino and John Bersci of the Gambino Group at Compass.

Sale comes after high-profile split

The listing arrives during a busy stretch in Bloom’s personal headlines. TMZ previously reported that Bloom and Katy Perry split after nearly a decade together.

According to that report, Bloom and Perry have remained focused on co-parenting their daughter, Daisy. No connection between the breakup and the home listing was reported.

For buyers with $10 million to spend, the clearest selling point is the location: a gated home in Western Malibu with stairs down to one of the area’s sought-after beach stretches, according to TMZ.
