An Adrien Broner lawsuit filed by a woman named Havana Saint accuses the former multi-division boxing titleholder of sexual battery and assault, according to TMZ, which says it obtained the complaint.
Saint claims Broner invited her and her friends to an after-party on June 2, 2026, and encouraged her to drink heavily. In the lawsuit, she says she became too intoxicated to drive and accepted an offer to stay at the home where the party was held.
What does the Adrien Broner lawsuit allege?
The complaint alleges Broner pressured Saint to engage in sexual acts, including intercourse, oral sex and a hand job. Saint claims Broner exposed himself and grabbed her hand in an attempt to force contact.
Saint says she refused him more than once. According to the lawsuit, she told Broner she was not interested in men and preferred women.
The lawsuit says Saint returned to the house on June 3. She alleges Broner was angry that they had not been intimate the night before and tried to drag her upstairs, which she says she expressly refused.
Saint acknowledges in the complaint that she laughed at points during the alleged June 3 encounter. She says the laughter was a way to hide fear and discomfort.
What happened at the livestream residence?
Saint claims another encounter happened on June 8 at what the lawsuit describes as a separate livestream content residence in Los Angeles County, California. She says she saw Broner there, became intoxicated and was then physically pulled or dragged from the home by Broner, who allegedly pressured her to go with him to his house in Encino.
Once at Broner’s home, Saint alleges he again tried to pressure her into sex and that she again declined. She says she and her friends stayed there overnight.
The next morning, Saint alleges Broner poured ice water on her during a livestream. She claims the incident humiliated her and caused emotional distress.
Saint says she and Broner did not have sex. In the complaint, she alleges Broner made comments on a livestream implying they had, including a remark that she had made him climax.
Who else is named in the lawsuit?
The complaint also names Nurideen Shabazz, known as DeenTheGreat. Saint alleges Shabazz defamed her by telling livestream viewers that she had slept with numerous people at the livestream residence.
Saint is suing Broner for sexual battery and assault. She is suing both Broner and Shabazz for defamation and intentional infliction of emotional distress. The lawsuit also names streaming platform Kick in a negligence claim.
TMZ reported it contacted Broner for comment and had not received a response. The report did not include responses from Shabazz or Kick.
