Chloe Fineman books Netflix role after Saturday Night Live exit
Deadline reports Chloe Fineman, Jabari Banks, Jamie McShane and Ben McKenzie have joined Netflix’s Harlan Coben series Myron Bolitar.

Chloe Fineman has lined up her next TV job just days after her departure from NBC’s Saturday Night Live was announced, with Deadline reporting that she has joined Netflix’s Myron Bolitar.
Fineman will be a series regular on the drama, alongside Jabari Banks and Jamie McShane, according to Deadline. Ben McKenzie is also joining the cast in a recurring guest role.
The Netflix series is based on Harlan Coben’s long-running run of novels centered on Myron Bolitar. Colin Woodell stars as Myron, a former NBA hopeful whose career is derailed by an injury. He later rebuilds his life as a sports agent, working in a bruising corner of professional athletics where protecting clients can put him in danger, Deadline reported.
Banks’ casting marks his first major television role since Peacock’s Bel-Air ended, according to Deadline. The cast already included Woodell, KJ Apa and Diane Guerrero before the latest additions.
Who the new cast members play
Deadline reported the character details for the newly announced actors.
Banks will play Dwayne Richmond, a smooth tennis phenom expected by experts to become one of the sport’s elite players. He is a top client at MB Sports and has built a polished public image that includes signature shoes and trademarked sunglasses.
Fineman will play Parker Quinn, a sports journalist at a major publication who has earned a strong reputation through persistence and love of the game.
McShane will play Detective Ray Dimonte, an experienced NYPD homicide investigator.
McKenzie will play Gavin Pierce, a high-profile sports agent. Gavin represented Myron during his short pro career, then cut ties after Myron was injured, leaving the pair on bad terms.
McShane’s recent credits include Task and Wednesday. McKenzie is known for Gotham and Everyone Is Lying to You for Money, according to Deadline.
The team behind the series
David E. Kelley and Kyle Long are running the show together, Deadline reported. Both will write and executive produce the series.
Kelley’s credits include Big Little Lies and Margo’s Got Money Troubles, while Long has worked on Suits and Unsolved: The Murders of Tupac and the Notorious B.I.G.
Matthew Tinker is executive producing for David E. Kelley Productions, with Coben executive producing through Final Twist Productions. Rick Muirragui is also an executive producer. Greg Yaitanes, whose credits include Presumed Innocent and House of the Dragon, will direct several episodes, according to Deadline.
Netflix has not announced a premiere date in Deadline’s report.
