Echo Lake adds Tanayri Novoa and promotes Shiva Kaya to manager
The management and production company is expanding its ranks with a CAA hire in Beverly Hills and an internal promotion in New York.

Echo Lake Entertainment has added Tanayri Novoa and Shiva Kaya as managers, Deadline reported, giving the company a fresh push on both coasts.
Novoa is joining the Beverly Hills-based operation from CAA, while Kaya has been promoted from coordinator and will remain based in New York, according to the report.
The moves put Novoa into a business centered on digital client representation, brand deals and strategic partnerships. During nearly five years at CAA, she worked across Commercial Endorsements, Global Client Strategy and Talent Business Ventures, handling commercial bookings and brand strategy for major talent, Deadline reported.
For Echo Lake, Novoa’s arrival lines up with the company’s effort to expand its work with digital talent and creators.
Novoa, who comes from an immigrant family and is bilingual in Spanish and English, has focused on backing underrepresented voices, including LGBTQ+ creators, diverse ethnicities and emerging talent, according to Deadline.
“Advocating for underrepresented voices and creators isn’t just a career focus for me, it’s personal,” Novoa said in a statement. She said joining Echo Lake “feels so right” and added that she is ready to help clients secure “big, impactful partnerships.”
Echo Lake partner Adam Riback said Novoa brings experience and relationships in the creator and brand partnership business.
“As we continue to build out and invest more into that business, we couldn’t be more excited for her to join us,” Riback said.
Kaya rises through Echo Lake’s ranks
Kaya’s new manager title comes after a climb inside Echo Lake. A native of Turkey, she first joined the company as an intern, then became a department coordinator before the promotion, Deadline reported.
She is part of Echo Lake’s talent division and represents actors working in film, television and theater from around the world.
Echo Lake Talent Partner Iris Grossman praised Kaya’s development at the company, saying she has been “a rock star” since arriving.
“The clients and the larger community have come to respect her taste and her instincts, in a way that benefits all our clients,” Grossman said.
Kaya said Echo Lake has helped her advance professionally and backed her ideas as she grew at the company.
“It is incredibly rewarding to be part of a company where my growth and my ideas are supported and encouraged,” Kaya said.
The additions follow other recent activity at Echo Lake, including the February move of Frank Wuliger into management at the company after nearly three decades at Gersh, according to Deadline.
