Jay-Z 30 concert dates are growing on both sides of the Atlantic, with Variety reporting that the rapper has added extra stadium shows in London and Los Angeles after his three sold-out Yankee Stadium concerts earlier this month.

According to Variety, Jay-Z will now play two nights at Tottenham Hotspur Stadium in London on September 4 and September 5. In Los Angeles, he has added a second show at SoFi Stadium, where performances are scheduled for October 23 and October 24.

The expanded run also includes a stop at Stade de France in Paris on September 10, Variety reported.

What are the new Jay-Z 30 concert dates?

The newly added dates are September 5 at Tottenham Hotspur Stadium in London and October 24 at SoFi Stadium in Los Angeles, according to Variety. Those shows join previously scheduled performances on September 4 in London, September 10 in Paris and October 23 in Los Angeles.

The added concerts extend a year in which Jay-Z has returned to major stages with a heavy focus on his catalog and career anniversaries.

Earlier this year, Variety reported, he headlined the Roots Picnic in Philadelphia. During that set, he moved through his discography and was joined by several Philadelphia-connected guests, including Beanie Sigel, Freeway, Memphis Bleek, Jazmine Sullivan, Bilal and Young Gunz.

His Yankee Stadium run earlier in July was built as a three-night takeover. Variety reported that the opening night marked the 30th anniversary of his debut album, “Reasonable Doubt.” The second night honored the 25th anniversary of “The Blueprint,” while the third show broadened the theme under the title “Extra Innings.”

Those Bronx shows came with a guest list fit for a rap royal court. Variety reported appearances from Beyoncé, Blue Ivy Carter, Eminem, Pharrell Williams, Rihanna, Fat Joe, Swizz Beatz, Slick Rick and others across the run.

What is the Jay-Z 30 concert series?

The Jay-Z 30 concert series is tied to milestone moments in the rapper’s career, led by the 30th anniversary of “Reasonable Doubt,” his debut album. The Yankee Stadium shows also brought in the 25th anniversary of “The Blueprint,” another major album in his catalog.

Variety also reported that Jay-Z has a documentary project on the way this fall. “Jay-Z in 8,” an eight-part series for HBO, will feature Jay-Z in conversation with Rick Rubin.

Rubin is directing the documentary series and will interview Jay-Z about his music, lyrics, life experiences and creative process, according to Variety.

With London and Los Angeles now each getting second nights, the Jay-Z 30 run is no longer just a New York victory lap. It has turned into a stadium-scale tour of anniversary business, with Paris sitting between the U.K. and California stops.
