Jordan Clarkson was held back in a packed New York private club while 50 Cent was performing “In Da Club,” according to video published by TMZ from a weekend commotion involving Travis Scott.

The footage, which TMZ said it obtained, shows Clarkson near Scott, who was dressed in red, before Clarkson moves toward the stage area as the room turns chaotic. Several people appear to restrain Clarkson as he focuses on someone near the stage, though TMZ reported it is not clear from the video exactly who he was trying to reach.

TMZ reported that the disturbance drew 50 Cent’s attention during his performance, causing him to cut the music in the middle of the set.

The incident happened inside Zero Bond, the members-only Manhattan club, during a Saturday night party tied to Raising Cane’s, according to TMZ. The event drew a celebrity-heavy crowd as New York hosted a surge of famous visitors around the World Cup Final and Fanatics Fest.

What TMZ says started the chaos

According to TMZ, a person familiar with the situation said the trouble began when a man allegedly recorded Travis Scott while the rapper was talking with another guest inside the club.

TMZ reported that members of Scott’s entourage allegedly reacted by throwing bottles. The outlet said Clarkson got involved while trying to calm the situation down.

Clarkson was later photographed being escorted out of the venue by police, TMZ reported. A related TMZ report described Clarkson and Scott as being removed from the club after the confrontation.

No public comments from Clarkson, Scott or 50 Cent were reported by TMZ in connection with the incident.

A star-packed night at Zero Bond

The party was not short on familiar faces. TMZ reported that guests included Tate McRae, Alix Earle, Jake Paul and Logan Paul, among others.

The Zero Bond gathering was part of a busy celebrity weekend in New York, with the World Cup Final and Fanatics Fest bringing athletes, entertainers and influencers into the city, according to TMZ.

The newly published footage adds the clearest look yet at the club-floor scramble: Scott nearby, Clarkson pushing toward the stage area, people stepping in to hold him back, and 50 Cent stopping his performance as the commotion took over the room.
