Kat Bird signs with UTA as comedy profile keeps climbing
The Los Angeles comedian, actor and podcast host has landed UTA representation after a breakout run across stand-up, festivals and podcasts.

Kat Bird has signed with UTA for representation, Deadline reported, marking a new agency move for the Los Angeles-based comedian, actor and host.
Bird, a Los Angeles native, hosts the Kat Bird Pod and has been building momentum onstage and online. According to Deadline, her first Don’t Tell Comedy set was released five months ago and has topped 350,000 views.
The signing follows a busy stretch for Bird in stand-up. Deadline reported that she made her debut at the Netflix Is a Joke Festival in 2026 with a sold-out headlining show.
She has also toured with a roster of major comics, including Bobby Lee, Marc Maron, Andrew Santino, Theo Von and Iliza Shlesinger, according to Deadline.
From clubs to podcasts
Bird’s recent screen and audio appearances include Comics Unleashed with Byron Allen on CBS, the Tiger Belly podcast, Cooked in the Comments with Cole Garrett and Shapel Lacey, and SmartLess Media’s Intimacy Coordinator with Joel Kim Booster, Deadline reported.
Her live calendar is not slowing down. Deadline said Bird is set to appear this summer on the Australian leg of Bobby Lee’s tour, with domestic dates to follow in the fall.
In Los Angeles, Bird is a regular performer at several well-known comedy rooms, including the Comedy Store, Hollywood Improv and Laugh Factory, according to Deadline.
Alongside the new UTA representation, Bird continues to be managed by Nate Dixon at Mosaic, Deadline reported.
