The Marcellus Wiley restraining order dispute has escalated, with Annemarie Wiley claiming in new court papers that the former NFL player came within 15 to 20 feet of her at their son’s tournament on July 8, according to TMZ.
TMZ, citing legal documents it obtained, reports that Annemarie says Marcellus attended the event even though he had been served with paperwork for a temporary restraining order. She also claims he called her, which she says violated the court order.
Annemarie, a former “Real Housewives of Beverly Hills” cast member, submitted photos of Marcellus at the tournament as part of her filing, TMZ reports. The outlet did not report that a judge has ruled on the new violation claim.

Days later, Annemarie filed for a restraining order and made allegations that he had been violent for years, according to TMZ.
Marcellus has firmly denied the abuse allegations, TMZ reports. In earlier court papers covered by the outlet, he called the claims false and rejected Annemarie’s account.
Annemarie is also objecting to being deposed by Marcellus about her abuse allegations, according to TMZ’s account of the filing. She says she does not want to relive the allegations through that process.
The filing also says Annemarie is employed but under heavy financial pressure and lacks the money to keep fighting in court, TMZ reports.
The case now puts several issues before the court: Annemarie’s allegation that Marcellus breached the order, her request for supervised visits with the children, and her objection to a deposition about the abuse claims.
