Silver Falls is not done with Jackie Howard yet. Netflix has set Aug. 6, 2026, as the premiere date for Season 3 of My Life With the Walter Boys, after renewing the YA drama before its second season even arrived.
The series, based on Ali Novak’s book of the same name, follows Jackie, played by Nikki Rodriguez, after she moves in with the Walter family in Colorado. The show centers on found family, teen heartbreak and the love triangle between Jackie and Walter brothers Alex, played by Ashby Gentry, and Cole, played by Noah LaLonde.
According to Netflix, Season 3 has already wrapped production. Filming finished in late November, and the streamer has begun rolling out the next chapter with new images and a trailer.
New faces are joining Silver Falls
Deadline reported that Chad Rook will appear in Season 3 as a recurring guest star, though details about his character have not been announced.
Netflix later confirmed Rook’s casting along with two more additions. Erin Karpluk will play Hannah, the sister of George Walter. Naveen Paddock will play Elliot, an intern working for Jackie’s Uncle Richard, played by Alex Quijano. According to Netflix, Elliot becomes fresh competition for Cole in Jackie’s romantic orbit.
The Season 3 trailer, released by Netflix on July 15, introduces Paddock’s Elliott and teases the next round of trouble for Jackie, Alex, Cole and the wider Walter clan.
Who is back in the cast
The Walter household is led by Marc Blucas as George and Sarah Rafferty as Katherine. The family lineup also includes Connor Stanhope as Danny, Corey Fogelmanis as Nathan, Johnny Link as Will, Alix West Lefler as Parker, Dean Petriw as Jordan and Lennix James as Benny.
Isaac Arellanes plays Isaac Garcia, the Walters’ cousin, while Myles Perez plays his brother Lee. Jackie’s friends include Grace, played by Ellie O’Brien, Kiley, played by Mya Lowe, and Skylar Summerhill, played by Jaylan Evans.
Kolton Stewart plays Dylan, the star quarterback who stepped in after Cole’s football future was changed by a serious injury. Zoë Soul plays Haley, Will’s wife. Alisha Newton plays Erin, who previously had a connection with Cole and is now dating Danny while remaining friends with Jackie.
Where season 2 left the drama
Season 2 brought Jackie back to Silver Falls after Katherine traveled to New York to persuade her to return following her abrupt departure at the end of Season 1. Alex came home from rodeo camp with more confidence, while Cole spent his break in summer school.
Alex began saddle bronc riding with Coach Blake Hartford, played by Natalie Sharp. Cole took an assistant coaching role for the Silver Falls High Bighorns, helping the team beat Aurelita, described in the show as their toughest opponent.
Jackie also dug deeper into life in Silver Falls. She helped save the high school Fall Formal, organized a college fair and received an award at the Sparkle for her work.
The finale left viewers with two cliffhangers. Jackie and Cole told each other they loved each other while Alex overheard. Separately, Will found George collapsed in the upper fields.
