The Odysseus Funko Pop has arrived, turning Matt Damon’s version of the Greek hero from Christopher Nolan’s “The Odyssey” into a 5-inch collectible, Variety reported.

The figure shows Odysseus with a beard, warrior helmet, cloak, belt and sword in hand, according to Variety. The collectible is available for preorder through the Funko website and Amazon, with Variety listing the preorder price at $14.99.

Where can you preorder the Odysseus Funko Pop?

Fans can preorder the Odysseus figure online through Funko and Amazon, Variety reported. Funko Pop figures are small vinyl collectibles that turn characters from movies, TV, games and pop culture into stylized display figures.

For now, Odysseus is the only character from “The Odyssey” to receive the Funko treatment, according to Variety. The report noted that other major figures in the film include Telemachus, played by Tom Holland; Penelope, played by Anne Hathaway; Athena, played by Zendaya; and Helen of Troy, played by Lupita Nyong’o.

Variety said the film has not produced the same level of merchandise rollout seen around other Warner Bros. titles such as “Barbie” and “Wuthering Heights.” The outlet pointed to a Casetify collection of “inspired” products as one of the few licensing tie-ins around the movie so far.

That makes the Funko release stand out. The report said “The Odyssey” has mostly avoided major brand partnerships, leaving fans with fewer official items tied to the Nolan adaptation.

How did The Odyssey perform at the box office?

“The Odyssey” opened with $264.1 million worldwide, according to Variety, which said the film beat box office expectations over its first weekend. The report also said some IMAX viewers were able to get a popcorn bucket tied to the release.

The movie’s early success has also pushed interest beyond toys. Variety reported that audiobook versions of “The Odyssey” have seen a rise in attention, while the official screenplay for Nolan’s adaptation recently became available for preorder and has already become an Amazon bestseller.

The new Funko figure gives the film its most recognizable mass-market collectible so far, even as the broader merchandise slate remains limited. For anyone looking to put Damon’s Odysseus on a shelf, the tiny warrior is now taking preorders.
