Noah Alexander Gerry, known to “Station 19” viewers as Joey Phillips, was arrested in Burbank on Monday and booked on two charges, according to online booking records reported by TMZ.

The records list the charges as damage or vandalism of property exceeding $400 and possession of graffiti tools, TMZ reported. Gerry was released without bail, according to the same booking information.

No further details about the alleged incident were reported, including the location, the property involved or what investigators say led to the arrest. The charges are allegations, and no case outcome has been reported.

A representative for Gerry told TMZ they did not know the specifics of what happened, while offering a personal defense of the actor. “I don't know the specifics of this incident, but I will go on record to say that over many years representing Noah, I have known him to be an amazing human being; kind, mindful, responsible and very talented as an actor and as an artist,” the representative said.

TMZ reported it had reached out to Gerry directly and had not received a response.

From TV credits to music

Gerry has built a screen résumé across children’s television, daytime drama and prime-time shows over roughly the past 15 years, according to TMZ. His credits include Disney’s “A.N.T. Farm” and Nickelodeon’s “Henry Danger.”

He later landed a long-running role on “The Young and the Restless,” TMZ reported, and also appeared in “Pretty Little Liars: Original Sin.”

On “Station 19,” Gerry played Joey Phillips. TMZ reported he appeared in 16 episodes of the ABC drama between 2020 and 2024.

More recently, Gerry has been working in music, according to TMZ. His occupation is listed as “musician” in the booking record, the outlet reported.

TMZ also reported that Gerry’s band recently signed with Kid Cudi. The group’s name adds an unusual twist to the Burbank arrest: the band is called The Burbank Police Department, and TMZ reported Gerry was arrested by the actual Burbank Police Department.

No additional information from police, prosecutors or court records was included in TMZ’s report. Gerry has not publicly commented on the arrest, according to the outlet.
