Teyana Taylor hit New York’s World Cup party scene while Nicole Kidman took her seat at Wimbledon, as July 2026 delivered a packed celebrity calendar across sports, film, fashion and music.

Variety’s Karla Cote and Marc Malkin chronicled the month’s star sightings, led by Taylor’s arrival at the Tequila Don Julio 1942 Port of Champions x Palm Tree Crew and Mary Lou’s party, presented by VISA CashApp, before the FIFA World Cup 2026 Final.

World Cup energy also reached the water earlier in the month. Variety reported that Ciara Miller marked the quarterfinals aboard Tequila Don Julio 1942’s Port of Champions Yacht in New York City on July 1.

Sports seats and watch parties

Kidman appeared at Wimbledon on July 12 wearing Ralph Lauren, according to Variety’s roundup. Molly-Mae Hague was also seen in London during Wimbledon at Evian’s “Mountain of Youth” VIP Suite, which marked the brand’s 200-year anniversary.

In Atlanta, Giannis Antetokounmpo attended the Trojan G.O.A.T. Semi Spectacle Watch Party on July 14. John Oliver, meanwhile, cheered on the New York Mets at Citi Field as they faced the Boston Red Sox on July 12.

At the ESPYS, Lindsey Vonn and Alysa Liu were photographed backstage at the David H. Koch Theater at Lincoln Square in New York City on July 15.

Premieres keep the flashbulbs busy

Anne Hathaway also attended the London world premiere of “The Odyssey,” then appeared with Matt Damon on SiriusXM’s “Andy Cohen Live” at SiriusXM Studios in New York City on July 16. Adam Carolla attended an opening-night 70mm screening of the film at the Alex Theatre in Glendale, California, that same day.

Dwayne Johnson performed during the world premiere of Disney’s live-action “Moana” at the Hollywood Bowl on July 7. Variety reported that the premiere was the first film premiere at the venue since the original “Mulan” in 1998. Catherine Laga’aia, described by Variety as a breakout star of “Moana,” also attended.

Rita Ora got red-carpet help from husband Taika Waititi at the “Descendants: Wicked Wonderland” premiere at the Academy Museum in Los Angeles on July 14.

Fashion, music and TV nights out

Paris Haute Couture Week brought out Sabrina Carpenter at Dior, Alexa Demie at Chanel, Laura Harrier at Giorgio Armani Privé, Cynthia Erivo at Balenciaga and Hudson Williams at Balenciaga, according to Variety.

Jay-Z performed at Yankee Stadium on July 11 for JAŸ-Z 25, tied to the 25th anniversary of “The Blueprint,” while Ego Nwodim attended the second night of his three-night residency. Noah Kahan performed at Fenway Park in Boston and became the fourth inductee into the Fenway Music Hall of Fame.

Peacock’s “The Five-Star Weekend” also had a busy week, with D’Arcy Carden, Jennifer Garner, Gemma Chan and Chloë Sevigny appearing at a Beverly Hills dinner with InStyle and later at the show’s premiere at the Hammer Museum in Los Angeles.

Other July stops included Karol G at Telemundo’s The Playmakers at Studio 8H in New York City, Mason Gooding volunteering with Feeding America at the Lower Eastside Girls Club, and Ryan Seacrest visiting the Ryan Seacrest Foundation’s Seacrest Studio at Monroe Carell Jr. Children’s Hospital at Vanderbilt in Nashville.
