Tia Mowry and Cory Hardrict have put a fresh set of custody rules on paper, with new limits on how the former couple handles visits, drop-offs and time with their two children, according to court documents obtained by TMZ.

The agreement says neither Mowry nor Hardrict is allowed to show up at the other parent’s home unless they have been invited or the visit is part of a custody exchange that both sides have agreed to, TMZ reported.

That gives the exes a clear boundary around each other’s homes as they continue co-parenting after their divorce.

What the agreement says

TMZ reported that the court documents also address Hardrict spending time with the children during Mowry’s custodial time.

Under the deal, Mowry agreed to allow Hardrict to be with the children during periods when she has custody, according to the documents. The filing says that time is supposed to be spent with both minor children, unless certain circumstances prevent that from happening, TMZ reported.

The agreement also sets a return deadline. According to TMZ, Hardrict agreed that when he brings the children back to Mowry, they must be returned by 9 p.m.

The documents do not describe the arrangement as a change to the overall custody structure previously set by the former couple. TMZ reported that Mowry and Hardrict already agreed in 2023 to share joint legal and physical custody.

The divorce timeline

Mowry filed for divorce from Hardrict in 2022, TMZ previously reported. The pair later resolved the divorce in 2023, with joint legal and physical custody included in that settlement, according to TMZ.

The new agreement appears to focus on the day-to-day mechanics of co-parenting: who can come to whose home, when Hardrict can see the children during Mowry’s custodial time and what time the children must be back.

TMZ did not report any additional terms from the court documents beyond those custody-related restrictions.

Mowry and Hardrict, both actors, were once married and share two children. Their latest court agreement adds more structure to their post-divorce parenting setup while leaving the previously reported joint custody arrangement in place.
