Tyreek Hill's legal dispute with his estranged wife has pulled in her mother, with the NFL star asking a judge to force Alesia Vaccaro to hand over communications, call records and other materials, according to legal documents obtained by TMZ.
Hill claims Alesia, the mother of Keeta Vaccaro, has not produced records that were previously ordered in court. TMZ reports the request comes as Hill and Keeta continue their divorce fight, including a battle over support.
What is Tyreek Hill asking the court to do?
Hill wants the court to order Alesia to produce the requested materials within one week, according to TMZ’s account of the filing. The records he is seeking include communications with Keeta, phone records and other documents tied to the case.
Discovery is the part of a lawsuit where parties can demand relevant records, messages and testimony before a hearing or trial. If a person does not comply with a court order, the other side can ask the judge to step in and set a firm deadline.
According to TMZ, Hill says the court ordered Alesia to provide the material in early June. Hill then agreed to give her an additional two weeks, the filing says.
Hill now claims that extension has come and gone without the records being turned over, TMZ reports. His latest filing asks the judge to press the issue before Alesia’s scheduled August deposition.
What did Alesia Vaccaro’s lawyer say?
TMZ reports that Alesia’s attorney told Hill’s legal team a couple of weeks ago that Alesia had suffered a stroke and would produce the documents before the August deposition.
Hill’s filing says he was first informed about her medical condition on May 27, more than eight weeks before the latest request, according to TMZ. Hill argues in the filing that Alesia has had enough time to recover and gather the materials.
TMZ did not report any additional response from Alesia or her attorney to Hill’s newest request. The filing is Hill’s side of the dispute, and a judge has not been reported to have ruled on the latest motion.
Where the divorce case stands
Keeta Vaccaro filed for divorce from Hill in 2025, TMZ previously reported. The former couple are still in court over support, according to the outlet.
The latest filing does not resolve the divorce fight. It is a fight over records Hill says he needs to review as the case moves ahead.
Hill is asking for a quick deadline. Alesia’s side, as described by TMZ, has cited her stroke and said the documents would be produced before her deposition.
