Matt Damon’s home lineup runs from Brooklyn penthouse to West Hollywood condo
Realtor.com reports the actor has assembled a property portfolio spanning New York City, Bedford and Los Angeles.

Matt Damon’s real estate map now stretches from a sky-high Brooklyn Heights penthouse to a quiet Bedford estate and a sleek West Hollywood condo, according to Realtor.com.
The Oscar-winning actor, who is married to Luciana Barroso, has built the portfolio while raising four daughters: Alexia, 27, Isabella, 20, Gia, 17, and Stella, 15. Damon told People he is now in a different stage of family life as two of the children have left home.
“Having two older kids who are out of the nest and knowing how fast these final years go, we’re trying to be mindful of holding onto what we can,” Damon told People.
The Massachusetts native also reflected to People on the early grind that came before the A-list homes. Damon said he and childhood friend Ben Affleck used to travel to New York as teenagers for auditions, including for “The Mickey Mouse Club.”
Decades later, Realtor.com reports, Damon’s addresses show a taste for privacy, family space and serious views.
The Brooklyn Heights buy
Damon’s best-known purchase came in 2018, when he paid $16.7 million for a 6,200-square-foot penthouse in Brooklyn Heights, according to Realtor.com.
The six-bedroom home includes wide living areas, a private rooftop and broad views of the Manhattan skyline and New York Harbor, the real estate outlet reported.
The building has drawn other famous names too. Realtor.com said Emily Blunt and John Krasinski bought a full-floor apartment there in 2019 for $11 million.
The Bedford retreat
For a more tucked-away New York base, Damon has an estate in Bedford, according to Realtor.com. The property sits on about 13 acres and offers a country setting within reach of Manhattan.
Realtor.com reported that Damon bought the home in 2022 for $8.5 million. The residence has four bedrooms, 5.5 bathrooms and 7,190 square feet of interior space.
The grounds add plenty of extras: a saltwater pool, tennis court, greenhouse, antique barn and treehouse, according to the outlet.
Realtor.com also reported that the property was purchased through an LLC tied to Pearl Street Films, the production company Damon shares with Affleck.
The West Hollywood landing pad
Damon added a Los Angeles address in 2024, picking up an $8.5 million condo in West Hollywood, Realtor.com reported.
The 2,900-square-foot residence was designed by Olson Kundig, the architecture firm credited by the outlet. It has two bedrooms, 2.5 bathrooms, floor-to-ceiling glass walls and a terrace with views toward the Hollywood Hills.
One standout feature is its 1,600-square-foot private terrace, which Realtor.com described as one of the largest outdoor spaces in the building.
The spread gives Damon a foothold on both coasts: a Brooklyn family base, a Bedford escape and a contemporary California spot close to Hollywood work.
