The Ankalaev Guskov start time is set for noon ET on Saturday, July 25, when UFC Fight Night comes from Etihad Arena in Abu Dhabi, U.A.E., according to CBS Sports.

Magomed Ankalaev, described by CBS Sports as a former champion, returns in the light heavyweight main event against Bogdan Guskov, who stepped in after Khalil Rountree Jr. withdrew because of an injury.

Guskov was already in fight-camp mode. CBS Sports reported he had been preparing for a bout next week in Serbia before getting the call for the Abu Dhabi headliner.

What time does Ankalaev vs Guskov start?

The UFC Fight Night main card starts at noon ET on Saturday, July 25. The event is scheduled for Etihad Arena in Abu Dhabi.

That midday start time matters for U.S. viewers because the card is being staged in the United Arab Emirates rather than a typical North American prime-time slot.

Where can I watch Ankalaev vs Guskov?

CBS Sports reports that UFC Fight Night: Ankalaev vs. Guskov will stream on Paramount+. The service lists plans starting at $8.99 per month or $89.99 per year.

Paramount+ subscribers on both the Essential and Premium plans can watch UFC numbered events, UFC Fight Nights and UFC archive content, according to CBS Sports. The report says there is no added fee for live or on-demand UFC events with a subscription.

CBS Sports also reported that all 13 UFC numbered events and 30 UFC Fight Nights stream on Paramount+ under a seven-year deal running through 2033. U.S. subscribers can stream events in English, Spanish or Portuguese, according to the report.

Why did the main event change?

Ankalaev was originally booked to fight Khalil Rountree Jr., but Rountree was removed from the matchup because of an injury, CBS Sports reported.

Guskov enters as the replacement after a strong run of results. CBS Sports said he had a four-fight winning streak before fighting Jan Blachowicz, another former champion, to a draw in his most recent appearance.

Ankalaev’s last fight was a rematch with Alex Pereira for the light heavyweight title, according to CBS Sports. Ankalaev has said he went into that bout with a significant rib injury and wants to put that result behind him quickly on Saturday.
