Dricus du Plessis is the betting choice for Saturday’s UFC Fight Night headliner, with DraftKings Sportsbook pricing him at -230 against Kamaru Usman, who is listed at +190, according to CBS Sports.
The middleweight main event tops a five-fight main card scheduled to begin at about 7 p.m. ET from Paycom Center in Oklahoma City. CBS Sports reported the card will stream on Paramount+.
Du Plessis enters after losing a unanimous decision to Khamzat Chimaev in a middleweight title bout at UFC 319, according to CBS Sports. Usman’s latest fight went the other way: he ended a three-fight skid by beating Joaquin Buckley by unanimous decision at UFC on ESPN: Usman vs. Buckley on June 14, 2025.

One pick CBS Sports publicly highlighted from Marley is on the preliminary card: Dione Barbosa to beat Anna Crutchfield by submission in a women’s flyweight bout. DraftKings had Barbosa at -625 and Crutchfield at +330, according to the report.
