Liverpool Barcola transfer moves as PSG winger agrees terms, report says

The Liverpool Barcola transfer chase has moved from flirting to figures, with L’Équipe reporting that Paris Saint-Germain winger Bradley Barcola has agreed in principle to personal terms with Liverpool.
The France international has given the green light to a move to Anfield after direct talks with Liverpool head coach Andoni Iraola, according to L’Équipe. The catch is the expensive bit: Liverpool and PSG still have to settle on a transfer fee, and the French club are expected to ask for well above €100 million.
L’Équipe also reports that Barcola has decided not to sign a new contract with PSG, the reigning European champions. That has given Liverpool encouragement as they chase one of their main targets of the summer.

A deal is not done while the clubs remain apart on the fee. Personal terms cover the player’s contract, while the transfer fee is the price Liverpool would pay PSG, so Barcola’s approval is only one half of the puzzle.
Elsewhere in the Premier League rumor mill, the Daily Mirror reports that Manchester United are weighing up a move for Everton forward Iliman Ndiaye. Everton are expected to want about £70 million for the Senegal international after his 2025-26 Premier League season, while Al Hilal are also interested, according to the report.
Everton are trying to keep Ndiaye and have opened contract talks, the Daily Mirror reports. United, meanwhile, are still looking at attacking additions.
Chelsea could be adding Premier League experience up front. Reporter Ben Jacobs says Brighton & Hove Albion forward Danny Welbeck has been cleared to undergo a medical at Chelsea after the clubs reached an agreement in principle. Welbeck scored 13 Premier League goals last season and is set to sign a two-year deal if the medical goes to plan, according to Jacobs.
Tottenham’s winger hunt still points toward Manchester City’s Savinho. Fabrizio Romano reports that Spurs continue to see the Brazilian as their top winger target, with talks over his future ongoing since June. Romano says Savinho is keen to leave City after falling behind Antoine Semenyo and Rayan Cherki in the pecking order.
Nottingham Forest are also pushing toward a deal. A Bola reports that Forest are closing in on Sporting defender Ousmane Diomande, with the final fee expected to be around €40 million. The report says payment structure remains to be sorted, while personal terms are not expected to be a problem.
