The Vtoman FlashSpeed deal at Amazon is shaving up to $100 off two newly launched portable power stations, according to Mashable’s deal coverage, with the FlashSpeed 2400 now listed at $699.99 and the FlashSpeed Pro 3600 at $1,299.99 as of July 23.
Mashable reported that both models are part of a limited-time launch promotion. The FlashSpeed 2400 is down from $799.99, while the FlashSpeed Pro 3600 is marked down from $1,369.99, a 5% discount.
A portable power station is a rechargeable battery system designed to run or recharge electronics and appliances when a wall outlet is unavailable. Shoppers usually look at battery capacity, output, charging speed, weight, and whether the unit can switch on fast enough during an outage.
What is the Vtoman FlashSpeed deal at Amazon?
The cheaper of the two, the Vtoman FlashSpeed 2400 portable power station, is selling for $699.99 at Amazon, according to Mashable. That is $100 below its listed $799.99 price.
The Vtoman FlashSpeed Pro 3600 is listed at $1,299.99, down from $1,369.99. Mashable described both offers as launch deals, but did not give an end date.
What the FlashSpeed 2400 offers
According to Mashable, the FlashSpeed 2400 has a 1,408Wh battery and delivers 2,400W of continuous output, with a 3,200W burst option for short spikes.
Mashable said that output is meant to support gear such as a refrigerator, medical equipment, power tools, laptops, and a home office during an outage. The unit weighs 41 pounds.
Charging speed is the headline trick here. Mashable reported that the FlashSpeed 2400 can charge from empty to full in about an hour using its 1,500W AC input. With solar panels, which the unit supports up to 600W, Mashable said charging can take under an hour.
What the FlashSpeed Pro 3600 adds
The bigger FlashSpeed Pro 3600 steps up to a 3,096Wh battery, according to Mashable. It can provide 3,600W continuously and reach 6,000W for quick spikes.
Mashable said that is enough to run a refrigerator, an AC unit, a microwave, and power tools at the same time. The Pro model fully charges from a wall outlet in about two hours, according to the report.
Pairing wall charging with solar panels can cut that full-charge time to 80 minutes, Mashable reported. The Pro 3600 also includes sub-20-millisecond UPS switching, which is designed to keep sensitive electronics powered through an outage switchover.
The larger unit weighs about 66 pounds, according to Mashable, and includes a pull handle and rollers so it can be moved by one person.
For shoppers choosing between the two, the deal breaks down cleanly: the FlashSpeed 2400 is the lower-cost option at $699.99, while the FlashSpeed Pro 3600 brings more battery capacity, more output, and faster outage switching at $1,299.99.
