Ariana Biermann says she is no longer in contact with Kroy Biermann, her adoptive father, as his divorce from Kim Zolciak continues to spill into court and family life.
The “Next Gen NYC” cast member spoke to TMZ outside NBC Studios in New York City on Wednesday and said the relationship between her and Kroy has fallen apart. She described watching the divorce fight between her mother and Kroy as heartbreaking, according to TMZ.
Ariana also pointed to the ongoing court activity in the case, telling TMZ that the latest filings and motions have been “insane.”
The split between Kim and Kroy has been playing out through a legal battle that has drawn in questions about custody and family ties. TMZ previously reported that Kroy was recently granted temporary primary physical custody of the four minor children he shares with Kim while the divorce case continues.
A wedding question hangs over the family
Ariana was also asked whether Kroy will be at her sister Brielle Biermann’s wedding. She told TMZ that decision belongs to Brielle.
According to Ariana, she and Brielle tried for a long stretch to maintain a relationship with Kroy outside the stress of the divorce. She said that effort ultimately did not work.
Brielle raised the same uncertainty last week in a separate interview with TMZ. She said she did not know whether Kroy would attend her wedding because she had not heard from him in some time.
TMZ did not report a response from Kroy to Ariana’s latest comments.

Ariana also pushed back on the idea that she was criticizing her mother. She told TMZ that Kim is doing well and has remained strong for her children through the turmoil.
