Clavicular is being pressed in court over whether he had any medical credentials when he allegedly injected a fat-dissolving substance into a teen influencer’s face.
According to legal documents obtained by TMZ, Aleksandra Vasilevna Mendoza is seeking answers about Clavicular’s healthcare background as part of her lawsuit against him. Mendoza alleges he injected Aqualyx into her face and that she believed he was medically cleared to perform the procedure.
Aqualyx is described in the legal dispute as a substance used to help reduce fat in the cheeks.
The new questions aimed at Clavicular focus on what he was qualified to do around the time of the alleged injection. One question cited by TMZ asks whether, on or about Nov. 14, 2024, he held any healthcare license.
Another asks whether he received any training before Nov. 14, 2024, on how to inject Aqualyx.
The lawsuit’s allegations
Mendoza’s lawsuit makes several allegations against Clavicular. According to TMZ, she claims he had sex with her while she was underage. She also alleges he injected Aqualyx into her face during a 2025 livestream.
Mendoza claims she did not consent to the alleged injections being streamed live, TMZ reported.
The case has put Clavicular’s alleged role in the procedure under direct scrutiny. Mendoza is asking whether he had a healthcare license and whether he had training on the injectable before the alleged incident.
TMZ reported that the questions appear in new legal documents in the case. The documents seek information from Clavicular rather than announcing a court finding on the allegations.
Clavicular denies the claims
Clavicular has denied all allegations in the lawsuit through his attorney, Steve Kramer, according to TMZ.
