Whitney Rose and Justin Rose, one of the central couples in the “Real Housewives of Salt Lake City” orbit, have separated after more than 16 years of marriage, according to multiple reports.
The pair are now living separate lives, TMZ reported, after years in which money stress and business setbacks became part of their public story on Bravo.
Page Six, which first reported the split, said the couple had been trying to present a united front in public for the sake of their two children: daughter Bobbie, 16, and son Brooks, 13.
Neither Whitney nor Justin was quoted in the reports announcing the separation. No public statement from the couple was cited in the accounts.
Money strain followed them onto Bravo
Financial pressure has been a recurring part of Whitney and Justin’s storyline. Justin lost his executive job in 2022, according to TMZ, and was out of work for about a year.
That stretch reportedly changed the rhythm inside the Rose household, with Whitney’s work and business ventures also becoming part of the strain.
Whitney has previously said she and Justin lost more than $500,000 after investing heavily in a skincare business that did not work out. That setback became one more pressure point in a marriage already under scrutiny from viewers and cast chatter.
The separation comes less than a year after the couple marked a major milestone. Last November, Whitney and Justin celebrated their 16th wedding anniversary with a public tribute that looked back on what they had endured together.
At the time, the post framed the marriage as one that had survived difficult chapters. The new reports suggest the couple has since reached a different place.
A long-running “RHOSLC” relationship
Whitney has been part of “The Real Housewives of Salt Lake City,” where her marriage to Justin has been visible to viewers over multiple seasons.
Their relationship has faced speculation before, according to TMZ, but the couple continued publicly presenting themselves as a team until the latest reports of their separation.
Page Six reported that the couple’s split follows private frustration over the marriage. TMZ also reported that financial issues appeared to play a major role in the breakup.
The reports did not say whether either Whitney or Justin has filed for divorce. They also did not detail any custody arrangements or next steps involving their children.
For now, the public piece is stark: after more than 16 years, two kids, a Bravo spotlight and a run of money troubles, Whitney and Justin Rose are reportedly no longer living as husband and wife.
