Technics Rolling Stones earbuds have landed as a limited-edition version of the EAH-AZ100, with only 5,000 pairs available worldwide, according to Technics’ product listing.
The collaboration ties the audio brand to The Rolling Stones’ new album, Foreign Tongues. The earbuds are priced at £259 in the UK and €299 in Europe, with sales listed through Technics.
Each set comes with the band’s famous Lips & Tongue logo on an exclusive rubber case. Technics says every unit is laser-engraved with its own serial number on the back of the case, running from 0001 to 5000.
Collectors hoping to bag a favorite number are out of luck. The numbering is assigned at random, according to the listing.
How much are the Technics Rolling Stones earbuds?
The limited-edition Technics Rolling Stones EAH-AZ100 earbuds are listed at £259 in the UK and €299 in Europe. The product is available through Technics.
The price gets buyers the Rolling Stones treatment on the outside and the same core audio hardware as the standard EAH-AZ100 inside, according to Technics. The company describes the EAH-AZ100 as using a Magnetic Fluid Driver, which it says is an industry first.
Technics says that driver is designed to reduce distortion, produce controlled bass and keep sound clear across the frequency range. In plain English, the special edition is being sold as a collector’s item without stripping out the flagship audio tech.
What makes this edition different?
The main differences are the Stones branding and the limited-run presentation. Each pair ships in a specially designed gift box, with the earbuds finished in Technics’ signature black and paired with the logo-stamped rubber case.
The serial number is the big collector detail. With only 5,000 units in the run, the engraving turns each case into a numbered piece of band merch as much as a pair of wireless earbuds.
